Easily search for email addresses using iMIS criteria such as names, groups/committees, event rosters, IQAs, and more—without ever leaving your inbox. Once you’ve composed your email, you can send it and save a copy directly to the recipient’s iMIS record. With the proper access, anyone in your organization can view the communication and even respond directly from iMIS, ensuring a complete and visible conversation history.

Incoming emails can also be saved to iMIS, enabling a full-cycle view of your organization’s member interactions. Additionally, tasks and appointments created in iMIS can be synchronized with your Outlook calendar, keeping everything in sync whether you're in the office or on the go.
