Connect for Aventri for iMIS Cloud provides a robust, two-way integration between Aventri and iMIS. This integration allows registrants to authenticate in real time against the iMIS database. Current membership information and activity history can be used to determine membership type and registrant class. Both demographic and financial transaction data can flow directly into iMIS from Aventri.

For our clients who are currently deployed in the iMIS Cloud (iMIS 20.3) we have created a “cloud friendly” version of Connect for Aventri. C Systems has made available a cost-effective solution providing two-way integration including the following capabilities:

• Authentication from Aventri to iMIS using Single Sign On (SSO)
• Dual login from the iMIS Rise website to a specific event—No need to double enter membership information
• Activity Creation, Session Selections, and Registrant Costs are sent directly to iMIS
