Referral Case Manager provides an internet-based system that enables your service members to search and report on cases that have been referred to them. It extends the benefits of a referral service by giving its members access to case management and status reporting tools 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Referral Case Manager provides a user-friendly interface with a professional appearance. It is designed to work well with your existing web presence, or can be accessed independently of your website altogether.

Supported use cases

Through the integration with iMIS, iMIS contacts can login to the Referral Case Management, using their iMIS username and password, and then manage their cases. Intus has the ability to create high level activity records to record engagement and usage of the referral case management system.
