Velosio's Badge Manager is a wonderful tool that allows your staff, event exhibitors, and sponsors to assign badges and tickets for their organization's staff and guests for an event.
Badge Manager functionality, built into the Events section of the iMIS staff site, allows staff to allocate badges for sponsor- or exhibitor-type events. Staff can alter the number of badges available, which may generate additional revenue.
Utilizing pre-determined event functions, Badge Manager assigns badges and creates registrations using an expo-related lookup table that maps an event program item to the appropriate number of badge allocations.
Providing a great self-service option, a company administrator can assign, edit, or delete badges for their attendees. A link sent to the company administrator requires them to provide the event and the order number for their registration to display the available Badges for the organization. Both criteria must match the order to gain access to the badge administration area.
When using tickets for a special program item at your event (a gala evening), these are also easily managed by the exhibitors and sponsors.
