About the App

Find My Login is a tool that combines user lookup functionality with the ability to update records with missing credentials on the fly! 

Using their last name and email, Find My Login pulls up the list of available records based on the search criteria, along with the reset password link. The link sends the person to a reset password page where they can immediately sign in.

The credential tool creates logins for missing credentials for individual members and constituents. By default, the password format can be a tailored formula, for example, "id + last_name". A background task updates records missing user credentials.
