Easy Badger, Velosio’s customized badge solution, combines your organization’s bespoke badge design with self-service functionality for your attendees to check in, update, and print their badges. 

Custom Badge Design: 

• Start with your custom badge design that Velosio translates into your badge template
• Provide images from the iMIS image manager for your event logo, ticket images, agendas, and more
• Include custom ribbons based on your attendees’ data from iMIS (attendee type, board member, sponsor, exhibitor, etc.) right on the badge
• Add a QR code to scan and capture iMIS ID or other data

Self-Service Interface: 

• Easy Badger has a self-service interface allowing your attendees to find their registration, review and/or update their badge fields, such as informal, first & last names, company name, location
• When they confirm their badge data, they print their badge as shown on the screen
• Pick up their printed badge in a badge holder at the registration desk

Versatile Complex Templates – for example, Avery 8522 Badge Stock: 

• This badge stock can be used for a two-sided badge – the fully formed badge on one side, the agenda on the other
• Up to 6 ticket slots are available in addition to the main badge, based on special events in your attendee’s registration

Consistent badge template:

• Use Easy Badger’s custom template for all your events
• Swap the event registration lookup with each event’s code
• Modify images in the template to use each event’s logos, tickets, ribbons, etc.
